Overview:
A renowned corporate bank is hiring for a VP for the Investment Banking team to advise corporate clients investment solutions, including private credit, private debts and private investment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the expansion of private credit and debt capital markets business in Asia.
- Collaborate with the relationship managers team to identify market opportunities, assess risks, and implement effective strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
- Contribute to the origination of private credit opportunities across various sectors, including private debt, distressed debt, and private investments.
- Foster relationships with investors, non-bank financial institutions or corporates to drive business growth and expand the bank's private credit offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deal origination, due diligence, and credit analysis processes.
Qualifications:
- Min 6 years of experience in deal origination, leveraged, structured, project finance and Financing
- Significant experience in private credit, investment banking, capital markets or a related field, with a strong focus on structuring and experience within the SEA region.
- Proven track record of successfully originating and executing private credit transactions across various sectors.
- Strong understanding of private credit term sheets, credit analysis, risk assessment, and deal structuring within the Asia market.
