Investment Funds Legal Counsel (3-5PQE) – European Asset Manager

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Support the team head in draft, review and negotiate various documentations/terms sheet for new fund offerings, including SFC authorized funds, MPF, etc
• Support in the maintenance, completion and filing of fund registration forms
• Support in handling other legal documentations including distribution agreements, shareholder agreements, SPAs, and other general corporate commercial agreements, etc…
• Advise on regulatory related matters for the investment management business

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• 3-5 PQE from a common law jurisdiction from an international law firm / asset managers
• Experience in fund registration/formation and knowledge with the SFC is advantageous
• Attention to detail and ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Proficiency in written/spoken English and Cantonese is a must; Mandarin is a plus
