This role will be stationed in New York, legally eligible to work in US is a must.

Responsibilities:

Lead the investment team in all aspects of the deal execution process
Lead M&A deal execution, including sourcing of new deals, target screening, financial due diligence, deal structuring, transaction management
Conduct market research, analysis, and due diligence of a variety of private equity investment opportunities
Manage the overall investment process, keep track of the progress of investment projects
Proactively engage with the portfolio companies and help them to further grow

Requirement:

6+ years of private equity experience at a globally recognized top tier investment bank or private equity firm
Experiences in the TMT and gaming sector is a big plus
Top academic records from top tier universities
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (MUST)
A strong track record of deal sourcing, and leadership experience of a small investment team on a daily basis
Legally eligible to work in USA is a MUST
