JAPANESE Senior Associate (PE, VC, FundRaising, Fund Placement)

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior team members to develop and execute capital solutions strategies that address the unique needs of our clients.
• Assist in crafting innovative capital solutions across primary, direct, and secondary structures to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within the alternative investment landscape.
• Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend tailored capital solutions that align with their objectives.
• Support the team in developing comprehensive presentations, reports, and materials to communicate investment strategies and solutions to clients.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and industry events to establish strong relationships and expand our network.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends to provide insightful recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in an Asian language would be critical, with a strong preference for Japanese or Mandarin speakers
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct in-depth research on complex financial matters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team-based environment.
• Previous experience in capital solutions, private equity, or financial advisory is advantageous.
