Role Responsibilities
- Manage KYC documentation review for Relationship Managers and conduct basic namescreening
- Conduct checking on KYC documents and communicate with foreign corporate clients for other necessary follow-ups.
- Respond to Relationship Managers' enquiries on KYC documentation and onboarding procedures.
- Managing daily administrative and control procedures in the KYC team
- Supporting internal counterparts during AML or internal audits
Requirements
- University degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in KYC / CDD within Corporate Banking
- Experience in supporting a relationship manager is preferred.
- Native in Cantonese and highly proficient in English (Candidate will be required to collaborate with foreigner Relationship Managers)
