To support RGP's continuous growth, we have immediate openings in our Hong Kong practice for Seasoned Talent Learning & Development Professionals who are passionate in business consulting, innovative, result-driven, and people-oriented.

  • L&D professional in financial services industry

Your key responsibilities

  • Partner with the business to design and deliver talent strategies, learning curriculums, targeted and induction offerings and succession planning to support the performance and learning objectives of the business division in Asia
  • Form collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders, HRBP, Talent and Learning colleagues to deliver on global talent management and learning agenda
  • Through current and future needs analysis, build a solid understanding of the development needs across all levels for the division
  • Manage end-to-end talent management processes
  • Lead and contribute to both global and regional talent projects
  • Source and manage external L&D partners
  • Facilitate programs and workshops delivery
  • Take up a representative role of cross-industry events whenever necessary

 

You know that you can do the job if you have…

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • At least 7 years of talent learning and development experiences in an investment bank is a must
  • Experience creating and delivering training programs and managing talent management processes
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to attention to detail and adapt to the needs of the organization 
  • Ability to work and build relationships with diverse stakeholders, business and HR counterparts
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Knowledgeable in business intelligence and visualization tools, e.g. MS Power BI, Tableau and QlikView
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
