Legal Counsel(Fund Regulatory, new headcount)
Attractive legal opportunities in a leading MNC Fund house, reporting to the Global head based in Europe. This position cover APAC regions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating and supporting the firm's funds' registrations in the APAC regions
- Risk Monitoring and support regulatory issues among the regions
- Drafting fund supplement documentation and ensure effective internal communications regarding fund registrations
- Monitoring regulatory changes regarding fund registrations
- Assist and monitor on going regulatory changes across the international distribution business
- Ad hoc legal support to the regions
Job Requirements:
- Post PQE 4-6 years or paralegal with experience working in the international investment management with fund registrations and regulatory exposure
- Regional exposure would be advantages but not a must
- Fluent in English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Team player and have can do attitude
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
