Legal Manager

1. Review, negotiate and revise transaction documents (i.e. share purchase agreement, shareholders agreement, etc.) on investment deals;
2.Review various vendor agreements engaging outside counsel, financial advisor and other service providers;
3. Other responsibilities assigned.

Job Requirement
1. At least 5 years working experience
2. law firm working experience is preferred
3. Hong Kong or Anglo-American lawyer qualification is preferred
