Legal Manager/ Senior Manager

1. Review, negotiate and revise transaction documents (i.e. share purchase agreement, shareholders agreement, etc.) on investment deals;
2. Review various vendor agreements engaging outside counsel, financial advisor and other service providers;
3. Other responsibilities assigned. ​​ 

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above in law
2. At least 5 years working experience
3. Legal experience in private equity is preferred
4. law firm working experience is preferred，Hong Kong or Anglo-American lawyer qualification is preferred
