Linguistic Software Tester
Job Description: We are currently expanding our Testing Team based in Hong Kong with experienced Testing professionals, as well solid hands-on experience in creating and identifying test scenarios, test plan, test cases, etc.
Required Skills: - Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant
- Minimum 3 years' hands-on testing experience
- Experience in analyzing test results and identify patterns of issues, troubleshoot scenarios and compile detailed report
- Experience in writing and reviewing test plan and test design
- Excellent spoken and written skills in Singaporean English is a must
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to details
- Expert in cultural awareness (pop, formal, geo-political) and good understanding of user base of the target locale
- Experience in Appium framework based on Selenium
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work both independently and as a team
Roles and Responsibilities: - Identify the test scenarios based on the understanding of systems, interfaces and application, as well the end to end business critical scenarios
- Design estimates (time/effort) based on the requirements analysis, understand and analyze the requirements to identify the testable requirements
- Provide inputs for test plan creation including number of test scenarios and test cases used for estimation of the test cycles/schedule, dependencies etc.
- Test the defect and update the status
- Conduct root cause analysis of the defects logged
- Perform high level/Sanity testing to ensure testing is intact
** Suitable candidates will be relocated to Hong Kong and join our Testing Team in Hong Kong
