The role:

• Provide advice on originatoin and execution of M&A transactions
• Conduct financial analysis and modelling
• Lead junior analysts in the team

Requirements:

• Relevant experience, sector team experience is a plus
• Degree holder in finance or related disciplines
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
