Our client has long history and offers dynamic services to their customers including corporate finance, leasing business, private equity investment, life insurance business, banking services and other more. Their trading volume has grown rapidly, and eager to expand further. With the changing needs of the markets and commitment towards sustainable development & growth in the regions, they are currently looking for an experienced compliance talent to join the organization. The role is based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform financial and operational audits for the group’s overall business operations
• Conduct internal audit assignments
• Assist in developing risk management and internal control policies
• Identify control weaknesses and provide suggestions on improvements
• Assist in preparing audit reports and provide recommendations to Senior management and the Audit Committee

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline;
• HKICPA / ACCA / CIA qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in internal auditing and /or external auditing in financial institution or big 4 audit experience serving FI client 
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
