This role will work with clients in a wider team to ensure that the relationships are maintained and developed over time in the Company formation team. Working closely with the Associate Director you will be a key contact point for clients and will be expected to strengthen and create relationships.

My client is an international business with a well recognised brand in the trust and corporate services space behind them. consistent growth and new business has seen them having to add more services to accommodate client's needs.


  • Maintain, develop and further grow existing portfolio
  • Identify and maximize upsell/cross-sell opportunities where applicable
  • Prepare proposals, business presentation, detail service plans and reports for prospective and existing clients
  • Provide advice on KYC related matters and ensure a smooth and efficient on-boarding support
  • Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure high quality of services for our clients
  • Further expand business network and enhance awareness in the market
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned


  • Self-motivated and ability to think outside the box to solve client's issues
  • Ability to identify client needs and market trends
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide non-technical explanations to technical matters, and summarize and present information in a clear, concise and accurate written and verbal format
  • Strong presentation with excellent planning & organizational skills
  • Tracking and recording activity on accounts and assisting with closing deals to meet/exceed annual targets
  • 5+ years of relationship management ideally with some if not most of that in the trust and corporate services industry
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or similar disciplines
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office especially in PowerPoint
  • Systematic use of commercial reporting and CRM/Salesforce is highly regarded
  • Proficient fluency in written and oral English, Putonghua and Cantonese
