Manager, Brokerage Business

•\tResponsible for marketing, customer promotion and product support including purchase of gifts, broker events management, vendor management, sales materials ordering, communication of marketing items to brokers
•\tIn charge of floor support for Brokerage Service Centre and Brokerage office including phone & IT equipment setup, floor tidiness and cleanliness, sufficient manpower for Brokerage Service Centre, BCP arrangement and system access right

Job Descriptions:

  • Be project manager of broker events (broker cocktails, CEO happy gathering etc), lead production house and vendor to provide quality output and ensure the events are setup & conducted with the satisfaction from all stakeholders including venue, run down, site setup and budget control
  • Source quality vendor for gift purchase according to the requirement from account managers and proceed procurement approval
  • Order and deliver sufficient sales materials to brokers
  • Regular update gift inventory and maintain proper inventory record for audit trial
  • Provide floor support of office & IT equipment, cleanliness, room booking system, wifi setup etc on Brokerage Service Centre and Brokerage office. Ensure sufficient manpower resource to support Brokerage Service Centre
  • Be departmental coordinator of BCP arrangement, system access right review and sharefolders housekeeping
  • Provide cross support to other teams and any ad hoc items as assigned by management


Job Requirements:

  • University degree major in Business Admin, Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar role or 5 years of work experience in marketing areas
  • With work experience in insurance industry, marketing or event management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent (verbal and written) in English and Chinese
