Manager, Business Planning, Wholesale Banking

Responsibilities:

• To coordinate development of key initiatives, action plan and KPIs, track progress and validate outcomes
• To prepare performance and result reports for cross-border initiatives
• To handle the running of current manual files including operational plan and forecast – responsible for generating and distributing the current management reports on periodic basis
• To support deep dives and value-added analytics to highlight areas of focus for management as required
• To prepare regular MIS reports for strategic analytics and reporting
• To prepare regular updates on market trends, regulations policies and peer development
• To prepare presentations and write-up about strategies, business plans and performance for cross-border initiatives
• To digitalise management information with the setup of dashboards
• To drive assigned parts of the new MIS, roll out and integrations to Group’s system

Requirements:

• Degree graduate in Finance, Statistics, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in data analysis in banking industry
• Good knowledge of banking operations and project management skills
• Strong communication, excellent presentation and business analytical skills
• Self-motivated, creative, articulate, excellent interpersonal skills
• Detail-minded with “Can Do” attitude and well-organised
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, VBA and Chinese Word Processing etc
• Fluent in speaking English & Mandarin; Good English & Chinese writing skill
