Responsible for managing all insurance acquisition channel including a proprietary sales team and a quality assurance & training team in achieving company revenue target and ensuring compliance to regulations and internal governance throughout the sales process.  

  • Develop strategy to drive sales result and key metrics as determined by company including channel mix and product mix
  • Ensure strict compliance to all regulatory requirement and internal governance
  • Manage and improve call quality to ensure customer satisfaction up to company standard
  • Review team performance to determine the training objective and direction for improvement
  • Manage utilization of company resources to drive sales & cost efficiency



  • Proven track record on insurance acquisition management, preferrably telemarketing channel
  • Strong will to win with strategic thinking
  • Strong communication skill
  • Passed IIQE Paper I,II,III
  • Good command of written and spoken English.  Fluent in cantonese
