Manager, Cards Usage & Rewards

The incumbent will assist team head in soliciting usage/ API/ EPP/ acquisition deals with external merchant partners. He/ She has to take actions (campaigns) in driving customer engagement driving higher share of wallet and engagement with our credit cards.

Roll out various campaigns by negotiating the best deal for the bank and execute API/ campaigns via working closely with external and internal stakeholders.

Partner with Product Solutions Team and external partner in rolling out API supported by effective campaigns.

Drive redemption points of launched API to increase the redemption contribution of API.

Monitor the result of various campaigns and the expense.

Create and deploy strategies, and implementation of key growth initiatives, and maintain current market intelligence on overall industry verticals and competitors

Qualifications:

•at least 5-6 years of relevant experience

•• Experience in negotiations

• Practical experience of managing projects

• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
