Manager / Deputy Manager (Outreaching)

Job Descriptions:

• To support the team to formulate and execute sales strategies in order to achieve team’s KPIs;
• To manage day-to-day sales operation of the Outreaching Team including seminar organization, preparation and updates of presentation deck;
• To follow up with the prospects and corporations;
• To formulate performance reports, monitor and analyze performance, and propose actions to enhance the effectiveness where possible;
• To work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration, adhere to the business operation processes and corporate governance requirements; and
• To participate into ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Team Lead in managing sales performance or sales projects, preferably in banking or insurance industry;
• Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1 & 3 is a must;
• Demonstrate adaptability and effective time management to work under pressure and work as a self-motivator;
• Customer-centric and result oriented;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
• Able to make sound decisions to identify gaps when doing quality check.

(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager)
