Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quantitative models to analyze market structure
- Design and test trading strategies that exploit market inefficiencies and look for trading opportunities
- Monitor and manage trading activity to ensure compliance with risk limits
- Work with traders, developers to deliver solutions
- Lead technical disscussions with exchanges and brokers
- Conduct research on new market structure trends and opportunities
Qualifications:
- PhD in Finance, Computer, Economics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of equity market microstructure, low-latency trading, and quantitative modeling
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- 8+ years of experience in relevant area
