Principal Responsibilities:

Design and implement all IT infrastructure networks and systems. Responsible for planning upgrade and roll out for network and other systems.
Monitor and review the Infrastructure performance, stability and security.
Implement/support disaster recovery solutions
Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting to other IT team members including remote offices
Perform vendors and project management for IT system implementation & enhancement
Document operational procedures and Business continuity processes.
Be engaged with the users to provide solutions and best practices with internal or market-based technologies. Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
Handle ad hoc projects

Requirements:

Degree holder in Information Technology, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines
Holder of CCNP or equivalent qualification
5 - 7 years working experience in IT Network
In-depth understanding on network solutions, design and troubleshooting is mandatory.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in Cisco Routers, Switches, Palo Alto firewall, Fortinet Firewall, Sonicwall VPN technologies is preferred.
Experience in RSA, certificate and domain administration.
Experience in Microsoft platforms, VMware, Linux based Operating systems is beneficial.
Initiative and strong willingness to learn new technology are highly sought after attributes.
Must be a team player, proactive, and committed to work in a quality environment
Fluency in English and Cantonese
