Manages general office duties to ensure company processes run smoothly. Assists with director duties and corresponds with clients, customers, and vendors.

Job Duties:

  • Maintains office services by organising office operations and procedures;
  • Designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions;
  • Interacts with directors when necessary;
  • Support of the recruitment process;
  • Participating in professional societies;
  • Interacts with clients, visitors, and vendors;
  • Arranges meetings by reserving rooms and managing refreshments;
  • Assists with organising events when necessary;
  • Maintains financial database record.

Skills Required:

  • Strong organisational skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively;
  • Good time management and multi-tasking skills;
  • Good written and spoken English (Plus: Cantonese and Mandarin);
  • Good computer skills, especially MS Excel and other windows-based software;
