Officer - Market Maker Monitoring Team - Operations

Job responsibilities:
• Assist in the market maker performance monitoring operations for HKEX
• Cooperate with Sales & Marketing Division, Product Development functions and IT on market maker monitoring programs related initiatives
• Prepare market maker reports and updates to management in all matters of importance
• Liaise with market maker clients regarding their market making performance as well as handling of client enquiries
• Undertake other special and ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors

Job requirements:
• University degree or above
• 1-2 years of working experience in the financial industry, with a preference for roles related to Client Services and/or Operations
• A team-player attitude and ability to develop strong relationships
• Great self-organization, task prioritization, attention to detail and strong problem solving skill
• Have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese. Ability to communicate in Putonghua would be an advantage, but not compulsory
• Proficiency in programming is an advantage
