Officer/ Assistant Manager, Credit Management

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone contact to customers for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and process credit card and loan application.
• Proactively identify existing customers’ need and offer appropriate card service.
• Process new card applications at related systems.
• Contact customers or branches to follow up missing documents and information.
• Comply guidelines and follow process flow to perform verification and checking and external credit reference check.
• Provide account maintenance for existing cardholders and other clerical supports.
• Perform selling loan-on-card so as to boost up the card account receivable

Requirements

• HKCEE / DSE or above level
• 2 to 4 years relevant work experience in customer service and telesales area and experience in financial institutions is advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office application
