Provide customers with professional online investment advice based on the characteristics of wealth management products.
- Provide customers with professional online investment advice based on the characteristics wealth management products.
- Provide professional and timely fund selection and asset allocation suggestions for marketing content for the wealth management operation team.
- Promote the layered operation of platform customers with the customer operations team.
- Deeply explore customer needs, formulate refined customer service plans for various types of customers, and focus on supporting the asset allocation needs of high net worth customers (VIP customers).
- Support fund product launches, roadshows, and other related product and customer activities.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Investment Consulting, Investor Relations, Private Banking Exposure in fund house or securities firm is highly preferred
- Degree holder with Hong Kong SFC RA1 and RA4 license.
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
