An established private equity/hedge fund company, founded in 2014 and specializing in the Greater China region, is currently inviting applications for the role of Operations Manager. This organization takes pride in its team's dedication and commitment and is in search of an addition to the team who can further enhance its operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operational Support: The successful candidate will be expected to support vital operational tasks such as fund valuation, reconciliation, and payment processing, ensuring seamless operations.

Service Provider Liaison: The role necessitates acting as the primary liaison with prime brokers, fund administrators, and other service providers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

Investor Assistance: The Operations Manager will serve as the central point of contact for investors including but not limited to client onboarding process, efficiently responding to investor needs, and suitably allocating the firm's resources to address their queries and concerns. This also involves managing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in conjunction with the transfer agency.

Investor Presentations Development: The role includes developing and updating investor presentations in line with the firm's growth and business strategies, providing insightful communications to investors.

Project and Administrative Support: The role calls for involvement in various ad hoc projects and administrative tasks, demonstrating adaptability and commitment.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background: Possession of a university degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, or related disciplines is preferred.

Professional Experience: Candidates should bring 2-5 years of relevant experience in asset management, auditing, fund administration, or professional financial firms.

Autonomy and Motivation: The ability to operate independently and exhibit a high degree of self-motivation is critical.

Attention to Detail: A meticulous attention to detail is crucial to ensure the precision and quality of work.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, and proficiency in both Mandarin and English is mandatory.
