Job Description & Summary

Job Description:
  • Oversee and facilitate the allocation of partners and managers' work portfolios;
  • Prepare operational and management reports and perform relevant data analysis, and provide support to Partners meetings. Monitor staff utilisation and bookings; and resolve resource conflicts;
  • Facilitate the promotion and salary review process including preparation of performance dashboard, evaluation meetings and ratings moderation facilitation;
  • Work closely with Assurance Operations Managers at other locations to ensure alignment of operational practices;
  • Manage a team of secretaries and administrator to provide secretarial and administrative supports to the group;
  • Liaise with HR department on recruitment activities including experienced hires, trainees, secondments and graduates, and other HR matters such as resignations, transfers, pay arrangements, leave management, examination assistance and implementation of HR policies;
  • Act as the central point of contact with other departments including IT, HR, L& D, Risk and Quality, Marketing and Communications, central admin, etc.;
  • Provide training and daily support on the use of Financial tools;
  • Participate in ad hoc projects if required

  • A degree in business administration / accounting / finance preferred;
  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience;
  • Previous working experience in a professional service firm is desired;
  • Previous working experience in a multinational corporation is an advantage;
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with Putonghua is an advantage;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong organisational and project management skills;
  • Good knowledge of data analysis in MS Excel and the use of Macros;
  • Be highly independent, well-organised and self-motivated; and
  • Able to work under pressure and adaptive to dynamics and changing priorities
