Lead our global engagement with the Cash Equities Division of Macquarie Capital. This role will offer you the outstanding opportunity to apply your risk skills and financial markets experience to implement and further develop our operational risk strategy across the region.
You will work closely with senior business and risk management leaders across the group and be responsible for the continual refinement and implementation of the Operational Risk Management Framework. You will review and evaluate new business and change initiatives; ensuring that key operational risks are identified and managed, along with challenging the scope and outcome of business risk reporting, targeted assessments, significant incidents, key risk indicators, projects, and assurance activities.
We're looking for a risk expert with demonstrated experience in similar equities trading, execution, research and sales roles from within a dynamic international financial institution or financial services firm. With a strong working knowledge of the regulatory environment in which we operate in, you will possess a strong commercial acumen and have an analytical mindset to make sound recommendations on operational risk issues. With leadership experience, you will effectively be able to build relationships with stakeholders locally and globally.
