Our client, a well-established private equity house with a proven track record of successful investments globally, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join their team.
- Act as the key point of contact for external service providers and internal functional departments in related to any operational issues
- Coordinate investor servicing activities, and collaborate with GPs to development efficient process for fund admin / payment distribution, investor on-boarding, etc
- Monitor and reconcile payment related activities, including bank transactions, investor statements, and cash flow management
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date investor record and documentations, including investor agreements, capital commitment notices, and distribution notices
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on payment distribution and fund admin activities to senior management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as finance, legal & compliance, to ensure alignment to operational and regulatory requirements
- Provide sales support for all fund related matters but not limited to oversee the fund account activities, compliance, risk management and company secretary functions
- Participate in new funds launch, including review of the agreements and operations due diligence
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in private equity operations, fund administration, or related roles within the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of payment distribution processes and fund administration best practices
- Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, including compliance requirements for private equity funds.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
- Knowledge of private equity fund structures, investor reporting, and performance measurement is advantageous.
