Operations Manager - Private Equity

Company Description

Our client, a well-established private equity house with a proven track record of successful investments globally, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact for external service providers and internal functional departments in related to any operational issues
• Coordinate investor servicing activities, and collaborate with GPs to development efficient process for fund admin / payment distribution, investor on-boarding, etc 
• Monitor and reconcile payment related activities, including bank transactions, investor statements, and cash flow management 
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date investor record and documentations, including investor agreements, capital commitment notices, and distribution notices
• Provide regular reporting and analysis on payment distribution and fund admin activities to senior management and stakeholders 
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as finance, legal & compliance, to ensure alignment to operational and regulatory requirements  
• Provide sales support for all fund related matters but not limited to oversee the fund account activities, compliance, risk management and company secretary functions
• Participate in new funds launch, including review of the agreements and operations due diligence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in private equity operations, fund administration, or related roles within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of payment distribution processes and fund administration best practices
• Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, including compliance requirements for private equity funds.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
• Knowledge of private equity fund structures, investor reporting, and performance measurement is advantageous.
