Operations Officer - Transformation/Client Support Services (Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • To provide support to Operations Transformation/Client Support Services.
  • To facilitate the completion of HKMA Transaction Review / SFC Type 4 & Type 9 License Applications.  To coordinate among Operations teams to retrieve information when required.

Special Assignment

  • To facilitate the completion of HKMA Transaction review / SFC Type 4 & Type 9 License Applications.  To coordinate among Operations teams to retrieve information when required.

Other Support

  • Provide project support to Operations Transformation.
  • Conduct analysis, compile and consolidate progress reports/statistics for Management review. 
  • Liaise with Business Managers and relevant stakeholders to obtain relevant information to facilitate project completion.
  • To participate into ad hoc projects including process improvements and automation projects.
  • To assist in the BAU process of Client Support Services.  To carry out operational controls such as PB tagging, call back, holding printing, bespoke statement dispatch…etc.

Requirements  

  • 2 – 5 years of banking experience.  Previous experience in Wealth Management/Private Banking preferred.  
  • Good communications skills.
  • Attentive to details and be able to work under pressure.
  • Good in Microsoft office applications (e.g. Excel & Word). 
  • Diploma holder/Bachelor’s degree
