The Ops Sup Intermed Analyst is part of the Product Services team in providing finance & operations support, as well as product governance, to the Colleague and Client Services (CCS) product teams in APAC, including but not limited to; invoice and expense processing, vendor maintenance, governance of the meetings & events budget approval and audit close-out reconciliation process. Additionally, the Ops Sup Intermed Analyst acts as our risk and compliance coordinator to ensure that we comply with Citi's Risk & Compliance management requirements such as COB and Record Management etc.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the SME for CCS product teams on invoice and expense processing, as well as vendor maintenance, to support their operations requirement, while ensuring that we operate in accordance with Citi Expense Management Policy and fulfil the audit requirements
- Act as the risk and compliance coordinator and support the Regional Product Services Manager in compliance with respective Citi polices and process requirements.
- Support the online event registration and approval system for all events across Asia Pacific in accordance with Meetings and Events policies and act as 'help desk' for related queries.
- Lead the Post-event close-out reconciliation process and liaise with Global Event Marketing (GEM) planners and other business event organizers to ensure accurate data is captured in accordance with the global guidelines and requirements.
- Administration support to Regional CCS Head and serve as the regional liaison officer
- Opportunities to own projects and drive operations and compliance initiatives
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3+ years' experience in a business environment working in finance, operations or administration role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Languages (Fluent in English and Chinese. Knowledge of other Asia language would be beneficial)
- Preferably work experience within a multinational organization working with colleagues throughout Asia Pacific
- Enthusiastic team player, willing to work with colleagues towards a common goal.
- Multitasking essential. Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with proactive attitude
- Strong attention to detail / focus on data accuracy
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Systems and data management knowledge. Accounting knowledge/ experience beneficial
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
