Leading the development and implementation process for new products or initiatives in the region. Projects include transporting existing mandates to new jurisdictions, new product lines, areas for business development or any initiative to support key strategic global product and regional priorities. In partnership with key functional areas, aid in identifying all requirements to execute and support the project. Ensure all deliverables are met on a timely basis and implementation plans are documented and fulfilled. Contribute to driving managed products from launch through closure. Assist in coordinating cross functional teams in researching, designing, and developing new products, and coordinating product offering and lifecycle management. Have full knowledge of the capabilities and competitive landscape of the respective products, current offerings and client trends, as well as key competitors, identifying strategies for commercialization to meet clients’ needs. Prepare market research to validate demand for identified strategies and product structures to ensure relevance and viability to key target markets Work with investment teams for new opportunities and lead the development process thereof. Drive the product process for Asia strategies. Develop all required documentation including capabilities assessment, product change document and launch material. In partnership with global product, and key functional areas of the firm contribute to the development of key technical requirements and implementation plans for all new Asia development or product lifecycle activities. Other duties as assigned.
To be considered, you will be a university graduate with a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in financial services, sound knowledge of funds product. Team player and can co-ordinate and work with other departments. Knowledge of distribution dynamics of Asia’s investment markets. Team player. Excellent communications skills.
