Market the Company’s products and services through direct and cross selling to achieve the Company’s goals and increase client base and revenue;
Provide professional and high-quality service that meet clients’ requirements and exceeds their expectations;
Develop the relationship with clients and ensure that customers’ profiles are updated;
Identify client needs and fulfill it with the proper Company’s products or services;
Handle client’s requests/inquiries related to their accounts, products & services in a professional manner & serve all customers regardless of segment up to the level of their full satisfaction; Promote & sell the Company’s products/services to clients;
Work as a partner to support business growth;
Perform ad hoc assignments/duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree or above holder in Business Administration, Finance or Economics, CFA qualification;
Effective team player and management experience will be a plus;
Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize;
Full awareness of financials’ products, services, rules & regulations;
Strong orientation for sales and services;
An excellent communicator with good presentation skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
Excellent negotiation & interpersonal skills;
Excellent computer skills and problem-solving skills.
