Product Manager— FinTech & Retail Business

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge on financial products and investment strategies including but not limited to funds, derivatives, structured products, and alternative investments
• Research and keep up to date on market trend, new product development, and investment opportunities
• Establish and implement financial products marketing and promotion strategy to complete sales target
• Organize and implement business initiatives such as sales and marketing campaigns and client events
• Review and analyze the performance of partnerships after each campaign and advise opportunities for improvements & further developments
• Design investment solutions for clients with different background and profiles
• Provide product knowledge and marketing supporting to the team
• Maintain close relationship with external counterparties to facilitate product marketing
• Coordinate with internal functions on projects and ongoing business plans enhancement
• Ensure business activates comply with compliance policies and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with Hong Kong and mainland branding teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• 5-7 years’ experience in financial industry with sound working knowledge of financial products and marketing
• Retail market experience is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal stakeholders and external counterparts
• Ability to multi task, work independently, self-motivated personality and strong problem solving capability to work in high pressure and fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is a great advantage
