Product Manager - Loans

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and revamp of the bank's loan product mix
• Enhance the product image and profitability by data and trend analysis
• Improve the workflow and internal system to strengthen customer experience
• Generate new ideas on product features and pricing based on market analysis and business forecasts
• Work with other departments on product optimization
• Come up with new product proposal and competition analysis
• Review the marketing campaigns and business planning

Requirements

• Degree holder with major in Finance, Marketing or related discipline
• At least 3-5 years of hand-on product development experience in banking or financial industry
• Front line candidates with strong knowledge in loans product are also welcome
• Independent, ability to work under pressure and sensitive to market changes with a proactive approach to drive business growth
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Fluent spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

 (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager)
