Our banking client is actively looking to hire a Junior to mid-level application support professional on a 12-month contract basis
Some of the key responsibilities include
- Manage and triage incidents reported
- Ensure relevant teams are involved in providing resolution
- Handle crisis calls effectively
- Handle release, patching and quick fixes
- Understand and do relevant checks for production deployments
- On-call and on-site support as required
Experience & Background
- 4+ yrs of experience in application support
- 2- 3yrs of Java programming experience
- Hands-on experience in oracle , Splunk , SQL and Unix platform support
- Ideally support experience in banking industry
