Programme Manager - CRM - MS Dynamics
Our client, a leading bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a Programme Manager to run their CRM implementation. They are looking for someone to run the end to end implementation, and require someone with the below skills:
- 1-2 years Programme Management
- Financial Services experience
- CRM experience - MS Dynamics preferred
Previous contact centre experience would also be beneficial.
