Responsibilities:
- Prepare agenda and minutes of meetings as assigned
- Coordinate and support various project or executive meetings
- Support various administrative tasks including but not limited to project data collection/consolidation, documents update and filing, IT and other internal approval follow-ups, etc.
- Assist the Project Manager &/or PMO Manager in following up the assigned project management and implementation activities with various stakeholders
- Conduct research and studies relevant to business and products of financial institutions as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Demonstrate high level of written and verbal communication skills; Excellent command of both spoken and written English is a MUST
- Demonstrate interest in Financial Services industry, especially in the areas of banking
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at multiple levels
- Self-starter with ability to work well in a dynamic and flexible environment across multiple geographies
- Strong PC skills and good knowledge in MS Office applications
