Project Manager, Operations - Top-tier Asset Management

Responsibilities:

• Optimize and harmonize global target operating model for regulatory and operational requirements.
• Support solution design and implementation for new and complex business requests.
• Drive continuous improvement by deploying strategy, innovation and new technology.
• Support global harmonisation, including continuous development, refinement and implementation of strategic Target Operating Model (TOM).
• Drive and ensure operational regulatory compliance and risk mitigation from Operations and technical perspective.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in financial services industry, preferably in asset management.
• University degree holders in business.
• Experience in operations and project management, including stakeholder management.
• Familiar with end-to-end asset management value chain and key regulatory requirements.
• Good understanding of Transfer Agents.
