Responsibilities

• To be a team member of WMD Operations Department
• To conduct testing on the functionalities of various trading channels
• To handle customer enquiries and recommendations regarding issues encountered in using various e-channels
• To prepare relevant reports on system utilization, problem logs, etc.
• To support internal users who encounter problem regarding system operations
• To perform IT Project support and handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• High diploma or above, study in IT, business, finance or related discipline
• 1-2 years' working experience in banking, IT or securities sector
• Sound knowledge in trading systems’ functionalities and IT literate
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill and good team player
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
