My client is a top tier leading insurer with strong presence in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a training and quality assurance talent to join their team. This position will sit under the customer service team.
- Perform quality assurance on call center and counter service to ensure service quality
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve service delivery
- Lead new joiners onboarding training and continuous service improvement training sessions
- Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by senior management
Job Requirements:
- Customer serivce in insurance industry with 3+ years
- Experience with quality assurance, training would be a plus
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
- Knowledge in Life, Medical and MPF would be an advantage
