Quant/ Interest Rate Strategist/ Trader

Responsibilities

• Conduct trading and market-making activities for traditional and crypto interest rate markets
• Implement interest rate and/or cryptocurrency trading strategies and manage risk-adjusted returns for multiple strategies
• Develop or oversee the development of trading systems, risk management tools, and scalable market trading infrastructure
• Collaborate with a highly analytical team, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and have a passion for crypto and interest rate markets

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance/Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience analysing and/or trading interest rate and/or derivative markets, or related experience
• Understanding of risk management tools
• Strong experience programming in Excel and VBA, Java and/or Python
• Exhibit a natural eagerness to learn, a sense of urgency
• Exhibit ownership, self-starting mindset 
• Have a passion for technology, data science, cryptocurrencies, and trading
