Responsible for providing ongoing research, data analysis, and project support related to the establishment and maintenance of regional employee. Partners with managers and global team to align the company’s total rewards strategy and global benefits portfolio with local practices, regulatory requirements and financial costs/risks. Review market insights/trends, utilization reporting, available data, employee and employer needs to actively assess risks and opportunities at the corporate level. Monitoring vendor performance, conducting detailed analysis/audits, creating and delivering reporting. Supports the leadership team to ensure total rewards programs enhance the company’s ability to recruit and retain talent. Gather market analysis and research to support benefits decisions and program recommendations to ensure competitiveness in accordance with the firm’s global, regional and local strategy. Complete employee benefit program surveys and data benchmarking. Support projects such as implementation of new benefits plans and programs, as requested by manager. Support managers in managing all benefits vendor relationships. Provide Workday support. Research, compile, analyze and summarize data for projects and reports.
To be considered, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experiences in HR benefits or consulting. Regional Benefits experience, Advanced user of Workday and MS Office Skills. Sound analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English. Commitment to excellence in service and client relationship management. Ability to build strong relationships with numerous internal and external parties and present positions to management.
