Scope of responsibilities

1. Manage the lifecycle of Cayman funds

* Select and perform due diligence on funds and managers across strategies and geographies

* Prepare the full package of materials for the investment committee’s review and approval

* Work with fund lawyers, fund admin, custodian bank to set up Cayman funds

* Develop marketing strategy and execute sales campaign targeting HNW clients of the firm

* Work with fund ops, fund admin, L&C, and business risk management on subscriptions, redemptions, valuation, NAV, reports to investors, fund audits, etc


2. Manage the DPM offerings

* Interview and shortlist external managers as sub-advisors for inhouse DPMs (delivered via private banking accounts or single-client Cayman funds)

* Can assume the portfolio manager role if the candidate has proven investment track records


3. Participate in private market transactions (optional)

* Work with investment banks or financial advisors to execute secondary blocks and pre-IPO deals for UHNW clients

* Work with external consultants to execute commercial real estate transactions, purchases of jets/yachts



* 5+ years of experiences at leading asset managers

* Intellectual curiosity and fast learners

* Attention to details; comfortable with complex structuring

* Fluent in Mandarin and English. Cantonese a plusl
