About the role
  • You will be part of our Hong Kong team sourcing individuals from our networks, our database and the market. You will screen potential candidates by phone and by face-to-face interview in order to ensure that all our shortlisted candidates meet stringent client specifications. You will manage client interview timetables and make sure that our searches all run to time.
  • We have a structured training plan to ensure you learn the fundamentals of private equity and PER's systems and processes. We reward progress and want you to grow your career in our business. Our plans for Hong Kong are ambitious and we want you to be part of that.

The skills you'll need:
PER has an excellent reputation in the private equity market. It has high standards and takes special care of its clients and candidates. People placement issues are sensitive, discretion and confidentiality is vital.

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experience:
  • A good Bachelor's degree as a minimum
  • Some experience in recruitment or finance is not essential but would be a plus
  • Great telephone manner and communication skills
  • Strong commitment to contacting and building relationships with candidates
  • Personal discipline and confidence in following up leads
  • High standards with immaculate attention to detail
  • Organised and methodical with good computer skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must, Cantonese is a plus
