The company is a globally recognized brand in the consumer products industry. Due to further expansion of the team and business, they are currently looking for a Regional Internal Control Manager to join their Internal Control team.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with local entities and function leaders to provide controlling advice
- Support risk management reporting process and work on risk management initiatives
- Regular review and update group policies and ensure they are complied with laws and company regulations
- Improve process efficiency and control by performing financial & operational audit review of regional business units
Requirements
- CPA qualified accountant preferred. Relevant degree in Finance and Accounting
- At least 5 years of external & internal audit experience
- Previous experience in retail/ FMCG would be an added advantage
- Excellent business partnering and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese
