Huxley is working with a global technology services company that offers solutions to expedite business decisions, automate processes, draw insights and deliver user experiences. My client has a strong value proposition of linking the RPA capabilities with machine learning, OCR and AI. The use of Cognitive Automation helps to improve challenges with unstructured data through bots, natural language processing and machine learning capabilities. They are currently expanding their presence extensively across the globe. I am currently looking for a Regional Sales Director whom will report to the CEO based in Japan.

They are currently expanding their presence extensively across the globe. I am currently looking for a Regional Sales Director whom will report to the CEO based in Japan.

The Regional Sales Director should have the following:

    • Demonstrated experience of operating at a similar level of seniority with a Global connect - breadth of knowledge/experience at a senior level of operation, encompassing network development, marketing/sales management, business leadership
    • Significant sales experience (at least 10 years) in closing high-value software solutions within related industries is essential
    • Proven sales management experience (includes agent management)
    • A proven and consistent track record of above target revenue growth
    • The proven ability to motivate, coach & mentor in a sales environment
    • The ability to deal with a wide range of customers - from end users to senior level customer contacts
    • Understanding of the RPA market is highly desirable
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills especially concerning new ways to achieve revenue in the changing business environment
    • Able to successfully perform in a multi-matrix environment, through collaborative partnerships with all stake holders
    • Proven record in managing and developing diverse team with strong cross culture communication and change management skills
    • Masters degree in Business preferred or related degree/equivalent experience

The Regional Sales Director can expect to:

  • Be an aggressive hunter and expand new market territory
  • Driving double digit organic growth from the existing revenue base through a combination of new sales and customer retention
  • Identifying and progressing inorganic growth opportunities in the region
  • Developing a strong local team for profitable short and long term growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for their assigned segment
  • Build and maintain an Account Plan that is reviewed by reporting manager
  • Market and sell deep and wide across the organization within the assigned accounts
  • Be well-compensated with great bonuses
