Relationship Account Manager

What you will be doing:

  • Key responsibility is to ensure the retention and growth of revenue from existing clients
  • Tracking & negotiating renewals and developing long term professional relationships with customers
  • Understand clients' needs in depth, and work with the relevant stakeholders internally and externally to secure client renewals, differentiating ourselves from competitors' offerings
  • Oversee account management aspects of the client relationship that ensures timely renewals and revenue retention/growth
  • Proactively lead and manage all contract renewal opportunities; including the preparation and presentation of renewal proposals to clients
  • Negotiate and close renewals of existing business with customers in a timely manner
  • Expand potential growth through incremental revenue opportunities and contract renewals
  • Work closely with the Sales and Services teams to identify potential add-on opportunities
  • Collaborates with product owners to identify and implement measures to enhance customer experience
  • Act as a key liaison for customers, ensuring the renewal is not jeopardized
  • Improve client satisfaction with the goal to make clients referenceable
  • Expand client usage of FIS products and services
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure clients' concerns are heard and addressed accordingly
  • Work with the Country Management and Strategic Account Management organization to ensure mapping of key stakeholders and users
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of FIS solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Work with the CS and Support Organization (RM-CS interlock) to ensure ideal service experience

What you bring:

  • More than 8 years' of experience working in the financial software industry.
  • Poven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Relationship Manager or relevant role
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and/or sales of technology products and services
  • Proven ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Good understanding of FIS entire range of products is a plus
  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management internally and externally
