Relationship Manager (Great Source of AUM to achieve Bank Targets)

Highlights:

• 500+ high net worth clients to manage with AUM HKD 2-3 billion+ in total.

• Branch location flexibility: Could be at commercial areas (Central, MK, Tst) or near your home depends on your preferences.

• Starting Basic Salary from 35k up to 88k with quarterly incentive up to 3 - 4 months.

• Fast Track Promotion: 20% of Salary increment and promotion in 6 months if good performance.

• No Target at all in the first Quarter.

• 25 Days of Annual Leave with Medical and Dental all cover with spouse as well.

Responsibilities:

• Serve High Net Worth Individuals and solicit business opportunities.

• Identify customers’ needs and provide customized solutions on a comprehensive range of investment and wealth management products to customers.

• Promote long term client relationships and enhance the company's value proposition.

Requirements:

• Qualified for registration as a Securities Intermediary and Insurance Intermediary of the Bank

• 3 years' solid experience in serving high-net-worth customers (less experience may also be considered)

• Strong analytical skills and solid track record in developing relationships with customers

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
