Relationship Manager ( HKD 30K - 55K )

They are now looking to hire ( 3 ) Relationship Managers to assist with their expansion.

Responsibilities

• Build-up and maintain sustainable relationship with clients through account servicing and focus on retail banking products

• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that customer instructions are executed accurately and in a timely manner 

• Provide professional advice and deliver premium service to clients and follow up.

Requirements

• University degree in banking, business management, finance and credit related disciplines

• HKCEE / HKDSE (with at least passes in Chinese and Mathematics OR English and Mathematics) plus relevant work experience

• Passes in the HKSI Licensing Examinations and fulfil the competency requirements

• Minimum 1 year sales experience in banking and finance industry

• Good knowledge of wealth management products, both investment and insurance OR have a strong learning mindset

• Client oriented with strong communication skills and good sense of clients' financial needs

• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin is an advantage
