Reporting Analyst - Global Asset Manager

Job responsibilities:

• Within the Reporting Department, take care of the investment reports that are delivered to the Institutional clients
• In charge of the production of the institutional reporting produced by the regional team 
• Responsible for the follow-up of the production done for Hong Kong, by keeping track of the production schedule and act as point of contact for clients of these reports
• Production of client reports, of high quality and respecting the client’s deadlines
• Point of entry for all requests for new reporting and evolutions to existing reporting
• Co-ordination with the different reporting teams and other stakeholders to implement new reports or evolutions
• Become an expert with regards to the reporting platform for all types of reports, its capabilities and the capacity to deliver high quality reporting
• Follow up on regulatory evolutions that impact the reporting requirements

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Finance related subjects
• 2-3 years or above relevant experience in Asset Management
• Good IT skills (proficiency in Excel, VBA & working with databases is a plus)
• Knowledge of Performance Measurement is a plus
• Good understanding of the business and asset management 
• Great collaboration, communications & interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese
